Branding Opportunities

An on-site and pre-show marketing strategy is vital if you want to stand out amongst your competition. This is your chance to accurately target your key market in their most receptive environment.

Our tried and tested packages are THE most cost effective way to ensure potential customers make a bee-line for your stand, rather than for your competitors.

Gaining the competitive edge will never be this easy. There are a limited number of packages available and you must be an exhibitor to take advantage of these offers. Packages include a combination of the following opportunities:

The site is used extensively by the global industry long before and after the Show.   2. Email sponsorship:

    Sponsor a PLASA08 essential information email. This is the FIRST TIME we are offering the opportunity to sponsor a PLASA08 email blast. Our database is uniquely current and holds 30,000 industry decision makers. Place your logo and stand number in the centre of our correspondence and get people talking about your products before the Show opens.

  3. Badge mailing:

    We will place your direct mail with every PLASA08 visitor badge mail out. Send your brand and stand number to a highly targeted, current and committed audience of loyal visitors. This opportunity is made even more valuable as we only allow a small number of companies to take part in this offer.

  4. PLASA08 Essential Guide:

    Produced with our partners in the London tourism industry, this guide is a one stop shop for essential PLASA08 information. With advice on everything from hotels and restaurants to flights and directions. This well thumbed tool is used extensively by all of our international visitors and visitors from outside the London area. This guide is sent out one month before the Show opens is still in use long after the doors close. The opportunity to advertise in this treasured publication is limited to six companies only.

On-site Marketing:

  1. Internal poster sites:

    There is nothing more important than communicating your presence to your customers. Lead existing and potential customers to your stand by displaying your brand and stand number from highly visible advertising points around the hall.

  2. External poster sites:

    PLASA's partnership with Earls Court in London gives you the opportunity to take a premium Central London poster site for an incredible price. Don't miss this unbeatable opportunity to get our visitors thinking about your products before they even walk through the doors. Limited sites available.

  3. External Screen:

    Positioned directly outside Earls Court One in Central London. This massive digital screen is the first thing you see when you exit Earls Court tube station and walk towards the venue. A unique and unrivalled level of exposure. Limited slots available.

  4. Banners:

    Put your show promotion onto a banner and we'll rig it for you in a highly visible spot overlooking the show floor in the centre of Earls Court One. These sites are highly visible and inexpensive, they can be seen by all PLASA08 visitors and as a result they are very popular. Limited sites available.

  5. Lanyards:

    Sponsoring the official show lanyards is one of the only ways to ensure each visitor takes a piece of your branding away with them at the end of each day. The lanyards are attached to our show guides and placed around the neck of each visitor making this one of the best ways to increase your presence at the show. Not only will each visitor display your brand for you, everywhere they go, but this opportunity is limited to one company only.

  6. Carpet tiles:

    Sponsored carpet tiles are the only way direct visitors to your stand from multiple spots throughout both halls. Their unique position underfoot will catch the eye of each visitor and they are versatile and cost effective.
