Both Hannah Brodrick (UK) and Malle Kaas (DK) are long term live sound engineers. They met 5 years ago at Britannia Row Productions Training, and have been working together ever since to increase the number of women working backstage in the live music industry. 

Through their organisation Women In Live Music, founded in 2018, they are organizing events all across Europe in order to bring female crew members closer to each other and to the live music industry.
