Building And Sustaining The Talent Pipeline - A Look At Apprenticeships In Live Events

08 Sept 2026
Audio & AV Theatre
Business Careers Industry Issues Networking

Join Sally Garner-Gibbons Manager for Creative Apprenticeships at Chichester College Group for an insightful seminar exploring how apprenticeships can help build a stronger, more skilled and sustainable workforce for the live events industry.

Alongside Lee Jestico, Head of Operations at Creative Technology, they will look at the value apprentices bring to an organisation, the wide range of routes into the sector, and the different apprenticeship levels available.

The session will consider how apprenticeships can be used not only to recruit new talent, but also to upskill existing staff, support career progression and strengthen internal training.

They will also demystify the practicalities of hiring an apprentice, including recruitment, funding, finding the right training provider and accessing the support available to employers.

Who is this session for?

This seminar is free to attend with a show entry badge. Seminars operate on a walk-in basis, so be sure to arrive in good time as seats are first-come-first-served.
