Take a mindful moment at the show – visit the EventWell Sensory Calm Space

Amid the buzz of the show floor, it’s important to take a moment for yourself. That’s why we’re proud to offer a Sensory Calm Space, hosted by EventWell, available to all attendees throughout the duration of the event.

Located on the Gallery Level, the EventWell Hub is a safe, quiet environment designed to support your mental wellbeing. Whether you need a brief escape from the noise, or a longer pause to recharge, you’re welcome to drop in whenever you need to.

Inside the Sensory Calm Space, you’ll find:

• A warm welcome from a trained mental health host, available for confidential support

• Noise-cancelling headphones with guided meditations

• Mindful colouring, fidget toys, and relaxing activities

• A selection of books and a calm, seated space for rest

Everyone is welcome, and there’s no need to book. Just pop in, take a breath, and reset – in your own time.
