Bryan spent 35 years of his career with White Light (a leading UK event technology supplier) before taking the company into the d&b group in 2021 and becoming Managing Director of d&b solutions Ltd.

Since 2010 Bryan has introduced various formal accreditation of the company's Responsible Business ethos (B Corps, ISO14001, Ecovadis etc). Since stepping away from WL/d&b Bryan now works with industry bodies such as Theatre Green Book, PLASA, Music Venue Trust, ABTT and The Power of Events as well as numerous commercial organisations including d&b group.

He also acts as a consultant to SME business leaders by demystifying the 'Net Zero' journey and sharing the lessons (and benefits) of a structured Responsible Business strategy.
