Claus is a Sound Engineer based in Vienna, Austria.

He has been working in the TV division of ORF for more than 25 years, in various roles and across a wide range of productions. These include shows such as the Austrian versions of Strictly Come Dancing (Dancing Stars), Britain’s Got Talent (Die Große Chance), and The Voice (Starmania), as well as music, news, sports and infotainment productions. He also occasionally works in audio post- production. 

Before the 2026 Eurovision Song Contest, he was already part of the ESC audio team in 2015, working as a Pro Tools Operator.

On top of that, he is a full-blown Pro Tools geek.

In his spare time, Claus composes and produces music with his band.
