Deanna has spent the last 10 years working in producing house theatres, specialising in production electrics.

During that time she has held two Head of Department roles, two Deputy Head roles, and an Assistant Head role, after beginning her career through a Technical Theatre Apprenticeship.

Deanna is currently in her third year leading an all-female lighting team at the Royal Court Theatre, combining technical expertise with a passion for developing inclusive, high-performing teams.
