In his role at ETC, Declan has been developing and deploying courses all around Europe since 2018.

Before this, Declan worked as a lighting, set and projection designer, working in all areas of performance and live events including opera, dance, theatre and musicals.

His work has also extended to fashion, film and television and numerous architectural projects and when not managing ETC's extensive training program now, he is often still found designing productions and getting very excited about colour..!
