Production Futures is an initiative inspiring people into production careers behind the scenes. Production Futures tours events around the UK in the search for talent, connecting people to free industry training, paid work, and networking opportunities.

Alongside the tour runs the annual Breakthrough Talent Awards which recognises upcoming production talent and a newly launched Podcast available on YouTube and Spotify.
