Music Support is the UK charity providing free, specialist wellbeing, mental health and addiction support to people working across the music industry.

Joe leads a team of experts who combine extensive experience of working in the industry with professional expertise in mental health and addiction, and has built the charity into an established, independent source of help trusted across the sector, from grassroots artists and crew to the wider industry.

Joe brings more than fifteen years of senior leadership in music industry welfare and mental health, including roles at Help Musicians, where he developed and launched Music Minds Matter and the Musicians' Hearing Scheme.

A musician himself, Joe also (occasionally) writes music for film and television.
