Lisa spent 18 years in secondary education, contributing to a dynamic Drama Department, leading community projects, and managing the school’s digital presence—all while freelancing in stage management, crew, and wardrobe across major tours and regional venues.

Now, as Training & Development Co-ordinator at Adlib, she oversees staff training, mentorships, apprenticeships, and outreach, supporting the next generation of live event professionals.
