Louise has been a freelance entertainment / technical production industry journalist and press, media and PR content creator - working for a diversity of interesting clients - throughout her career.  The journey started at the University of Sussex. Whilst studying a history degree, she worked in lighting at the theatre, on the student union tech crew and as a local stage hand in Brighton, becoming hooked on the industry, its creativity, innovative attitude to technology and the many characters dedicated to staging extraordinary performance experiences.  Known for her energy, drive and enthusiasm, the industry fast became Louise’s passion and lifestyle.  Louise is lucky enough to travel extensively “on the road” embracing different cultures and adventures for her work which encompasses writing, photography and video production. She sees life through the lens of individual human stories, learning every day and constantly being “inspired and informed by amazing people”.  Recent travelling has included several visits to Ukraine since the full-scale war started in 2022. This life-changing experience has included discovering first-hand the challenges of trying to survive terror and fight on multiple fronts to keep people, spirit, society, businesses and the industry afloat and thinking of the future … as the country fights for its freedom.
