Trained at the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art (RADA), Lucinda began her career working freelance across a wide range of venues before joining Mamma Mia! The Party as Assistant Electrician.

She then moved to the Royal Court Theatre as Programming Technician, later progressing to Deputy Head of Lighting, where she specialises in production electrics.

Over the past two years in this role, Lucinda has supported the delivery of a diverse programme of productions while working closely with Deanna to foster an inclusive, collaborative, and positive workplace culture.
