Phoebe is a sustainability strategist and carbon accountant with over five years' experience across the events and cultural sector, from technical suppliers to event production.

She works with AV technical services, manufacturing, and rental companies across the industry, as well as supporting individual events on carbon impact and reporting — work that has earned multiple industry awards.

Through her consultancy, EARTHED, she brings technical expertise in carbon accounting to help organisations measure environmental and social impact, build credible sustainability strategies, and improve carbon literacy among stakeholders.

She is a member of the TPi Academy and has judged the Green Award (UK and EMEA) for four years, as well as the UK Festival Awards Green Award.
