Rob began his career in the early 90s with Theatre Projects in Greenford and subsequently worked as a field service technician for automated lighting manufacturer Vari-Lite on the same site.  After a stint working at the Millenium Dome as a lighting programmer operator in 2000, he worked for Flying Pig Systems where he met the team who would go on to form Carallon. 

After a period working in video, first with Element Labs and then Barco, it was a natural progression to rejoin some of his FPS colleagues at Brompton Technology where he led the commercial side of the business through a period of rapid growth, during which the company collected both a Queens Award for Export and an Emmy Award for Science and Technology.
