With over 35 years in professional AV, Roland has led Europe's two largest audio projects'London 2012 and the Millennium Dome - and delivered complex systems at venues like Lord's, Coop Live and Amsterdam Arena. His expertise spans audio systems, high-performance audio, voice alarm, and AV over IP. Roland has advised over 40 manufacturers on product development and compliance. He also chairs the British Standards Committee EPL/100 for all AV standards, sits on the European Voice Alarm committee, and contributes to BS 5839-8. A member of AES and PLASA, Roland is also known for his influential annual research on IP adoption in AV, covering Dante, ST 2110, AES67, SDVoE and more.
