With a forty-year history in the audio industry, Roly brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to his current role as Head of Client Relations at Patchwork London.

After a career touring the world as a sound engineer and production manager, he has worked for d&b audiotechnik, universal Pixels,Harman, Vanguardia, Eighth Day Sound and Britannia Row.

Having supported many of the biggest acts in the world as well as emerging artists and their crews, Roly understands the mental health challenges facing those entering the industry and those navigating long careers within it.
