Rosie has worked across many aspects of the industry. From volunteering at university; to being the Training Manager at Avolites; to 15 years of professional event work;  and 10 years as a touring LD.

Rosie then went on to lecturing about lighting technologies through Covid, and is now a Product Specialist at Vari-lite and Lighting Designers to acts such as The Wombats.

Her focus remains on what comes next - where can the technology take us, and what is the future of the products we use daily.
