With over 30 years’ experience in technical theatre, as well as her role at Chichester Festival Theatre, Sally is also Senior Lead for Creative Industries Apprenticeships at Chichester College Group.

Having trained young technicians for 20 years and worked in the Apprenticeships sphere since 2013, Sally is dedicated to helping passionate people build careers through apprenticeships in theatre, TV and film, and live events.

Sally is also committed to supporting employers and works closely with industry partners to develop and shape new apprenticeship programmes to help shape the landscape for work based training in the arts.
