Sarah is the Chief Commercial Officer at Stage Precision, where she is leading the charge in bringing SP Grid, a powerful low-code control platform, to a broader audience across live events, broadcast, and experiential AV.

With over two decades in the industry, Sarah is known for her ability to connect commercial strategy with technical innovation. She began her career as a Stage Manager at London’s Comedy Store, before moving into digital video at a time when the live industry was beginning its shift into new creative and technical video pixel territory.

Since then, she’s worked at the forefront of emerging workflows, from real-time engines to interactive media, helping companies adopt, scale and tell their stories with confidence.

In 2021, Sarah founded Neutral Human, a consultancy dedicated to helping technology companies & service businesses navigate the rapidly changing and converging industry.

Today, Sarah brings that same ethos to her role at Stage Precision: enabling clients to navigate complexity, simplify integration, and unlock new creative possibilities with the SP Grid Platform.

Her focus now is on helping the industry embrace that convergence. Where broadcast, AV, and immersive design no longer sit in silos, but come together to shape the next generation of experiential spaces.
