Tom is Co-Chair of the Production Services Association (PSA) alongside Liz Madden, representing and supporting the UK's live events professionals through advocacy, standards and member support and development.

He is Founder and Creative Technology Lead at Audience & Brands, a creative technology agency delivering innovative audience experiences for globally recognised brands, and Managing Director of Aeroava, a specialist drone display company delivering large-scale aerial displays and pyrotechnics for major events, airshows and broadcast audiences across the UK.

Tom brings a rare combination of hands-on creative and technical delivery experience alongside industry-wide leadership, and is a regular voice in conversations shaping the future of live events and emerging technology in the UK.
