David Howard is a UK-based lighting designer and programmer, specialising in creating lighting experiences for live concerts, hybrid events, and music performances, with a keen focus on the entertainment industry. David's portfolio boasts an array of design accomplishments.

In the live entertainment sector, he crafts bespoke lighting designs for national and international concerts, often incorporating unique custom lighting elements. Notable achievements include his role as the lighting director for renowned tours and his design management for prominent Glastonbury Festival venues, including a special time-coded light show for the iconic Ribbon Tower's 10-year birthday. He spearheaded production design for esteemed European tours, designing for artists like Gary Numan, Limahl, and the Hoosiers. His expertise extends to virtual live experiences where he has created performance environments for artists like Jo Quail, Not3s, and Starsailor.

Outside of stage and screen, David has consulted on lighting installations for tech giants like YouTube, Apple, Facebook, and Google, lending his creative touch to special projects.
