Kit Lerman

Having originally studied music and sound recording for theatre, and with a passion for opera and classical music, Kit is an experienced project leader and consultant, with wide ranging experience working with major venues, and cultural and media organisations in the UK. He was Associate Production Manager for the Royal Opera House for over five years, where he organised live events and live broadcasts across all ROH stages. His role saw him lead on IT, streaming media, production planning and asset management for capital projects, working with technical and artistic teams to integrate filming into the production process.  Kit subsequently worked as Head of Production and Delivery at the prestigious Serpentine Galleries in London, where he focused on building and expanding a new department to manage the complex exhibition and live events programmes.  He will bring his expertise to identify technology growth areas for theatre and performance, with an eye on future proofing and equipping venues with the latest and most efficient technology, able to support future programming requirements.  Kit is also passionate about environmental sustainability and aims to assist theatres in improving their infrastructure and facilities by implementing greener technical solutions and practices.
